Dr. Rosenthal served for years as the Ophthalmology Division Head at The Toledo Hospital, Toledo Children's Hospital, and University of Toledo Medical Center. He was also Chairman of the Northwest Executive Council of Prevent Blindness Ohio and is a continuing charter member of the Leadership Council of CareNet which together bring vision and surgical care to the disadvantaged. He is also founder of the charitable Jairus Foundation. We bring these things together with the region's best eye doctors to provide retinal care of the highest quality and efficiency.
